Shipping Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through NAP Works B.V. (“NAP Works”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://nap.works.

1. Where we ship

We ship from:

NAP Works B.V.
Bredaseweg 248
5038 NM Tilburg
The Netherlands

Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, order contents, package size, and destination. We may restrict or suspend delivery to particular countries or regions where delivery is not commercially reasonable, legally permitted, or operationally available.

If your destination is not available at checkout, contact support@nap.works before placing an order.

2. Processing times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 weeks after payment has been authorised, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. Processing may take longer for pre-orders, made-to-order products, customised products, products temporarily out of stock, promotional periods, or orders requiring additional payment or address verification. The applicable timeframe shown on the product page or at checkout takes precedence.

If we expect a material delay, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.

3. Estimated delivery times

Estimated transit times begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery service in writing.

The available delivery option and estimated timeframe are displayed at checkout. As a general indication:

Destination
Estimated transit time after dispatch
The Netherlands
2 business days
European Union
4 business days
United Kingdom
5 business days
Rest of Europe
5 business days
North America
7 business days
Rest of world
7–14 business days

Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, remote-area delivery, carrier disruption, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, import restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, products will be delivered within the period required by applicable law and, where no other period is agreed, no later than 30 days after the order contract is concluded. [web:68][web:71]

The stated transit estimates do not include the 3-week processing period. For example, an order shipped to an EU address may require approximately 3 weeks for processing plus 4 business days in transit, subject to the circumstances described above.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The charge may depend on destination, delivery method, package dimensions, weight, insurance, and the products in your order.

The checkout total may also include applicable VAT, duties, or other charges where Shopify has calculated and collected them. Do not assume that a shipping charge includes destination-country import charges unless the checkout or shipping information expressly says so.

5. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the destination country may impose import duties, customs charges, brokerage or handling fees, local taxes, VAT, or other charges. Unless expressly stated that duties and taxes are included and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total paid to NAP Works and are the customer’s responsibility.

The carrier or customs authority may collect these charges before or upon delivery. NAP Works does not control the amount, timing, or assessment of destination-country charges.

You are responsible for providing accurate information needed for customs clearance and for complying with the import rules of the destination country. We may provide product descriptions, country-of-origin information, HS codes, and other information reasonably required for customs processing, but we cannot guarantee that a destination authority will accept a particular classification or valuation.

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay charges imposed by the destination country, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed. See Section 9 and our Returns and Refunds Policy for information about resulting costs and refunds.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, unit, postal code, telephone number, and any access instructions requested by the carrier.

Contact support@nap.works as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by a customer-requested address change may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

7. Tracking and delivery

When available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may not update immediately, particularly during customs processing or international transit.

The carrier may deliver to the address provided, a designated collection point, or another location according to its delivery procedures. You should monitor tracking and follow carrier instructions for collection or customs clearance.

For consumer orders, NAP Works remains responsible for the goods until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive them. If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by or agreed with NAP Works, responsibility may pass as provided by applicable law. [web:71]

A tracking status marked “delivered” does not by itself prevent you from contacting us if you did not receive the parcel. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, building management, or a collection point and may open an investigation with the carrier.

8. Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries

Inspect your parcel when reasonably possible. If the parcel appears damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it and notify the carrier where appropriate. Then contact support@nap.works promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video.

If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, delivery of missing items, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Do not discard damaged packaging or products before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate, unless this is necessary for safety. This request does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

9. Refused, uncollected, or undeliverable parcels

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal to pay destination-country charges, or refusal of delivery, contact support@nap.works before placing a replacement order.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may deduct reasonable, documented costs incurred by NAP Works, including return transport, carrier fees, storage, customs administration, and re-delivery costs, from any refund. We will not deduct such costs where the return resulted from our error, an incorrect product, a defective product, or another circumstance for which NAP Works is responsible.

If you are an EEA consumer exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the terms of our Returns and Refunds Policy apply. Customs duties and taxes paid directly to a destination authority or carrier may not be refundable by NAP Works.

10. Delays and failure to deliver

If delivery is delayed, contact support@nap.works and we will investigate with the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and a carrier delay does not automatically entitle a customer to compensation beyond the rights provided by applicable law.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed period, you may contact us and provide an additional reasonable period for delivery where required by law. If we still fail to deliver within that additional period, or if delivery by a particular date was essential and this was made clear before the contract, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable law. [web:68][web:69]

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Pre-orders and made-to-order products

Pre-order and made-to-order products may have separate estimated dispatch or delivery dates shown on the product page or at checkout. We will contact you if a material change affects the expected timeframe.

Unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law, you retain applicable cancellation and consumer rights. If an item in a mixed order is delayed, we may ship available items separately where commercially reasonable, or contact you about the available options.

12. International returns

International return instructions are provided in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Customers arranging a change-of-mind return are generally responsible for the direct return cost unless the product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise.

For international returns, use the correct customs description and indicate that the parcel is returned goods, warranty goods, or another accurate category as instructed. We are not responsible for customs charges caused by inaccurate declarations or failure to follow return instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
